Shipping in Cyprus – we provide free delivery to all cities of Cyprus within two business days for orders above €100. Orders less than €100 have a flat shipping charge of €6.
You can have your order delivered to your home or any other address.

What payment methods can I use?

Retail customers may pay by credit card through secure JCC system or through PayPal.

Can I collect in store?

You are welcome to collect your items during our working hours
MON-FRI: 10:00-20:00
SAT – SUN: 11:00 – 20:00

How do I exchange an item?

We do not offer refunds but making an exchange is easy, you have 28 days to decide whether to keep your item(s). If you decide to exchange your item, you are welcome to visit our store during our working hours.
Each item(s) you return needs to be new, unused and in its original packaging in a saleable condition together with the exchange card provided. No returns will be accepted without the exchange card.
If your order has arrived damaged please email customer services with clear photos of the damage and they will be able to help you further.

Can my order be delivered to an address that is different from my billing address?

Yes orders can be delivered to an alternative address, anywhere in Cyprus, taking the stress out of being a being the perfect party guest. Once at the payment stage you can confirm the billing and delivery addresses. If paying with PayPal you need to register the delivery address to your PayPal account as part of their own security restrictions.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email that will include a receipt of your order. Contact us during working hours +357 2544 2200 to locate you item.

Where is my order?

If your order has not arrived within 48 hours, please contact us immediately.

Do we make shipments over the weekend?

We do not make shipments over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) or during Public Holidays. However, contact us and we will try our very best to help over the weekends.

Will I receive a confirmation email once my order has been placed?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email that will include a receipt of your order.
